I scream, you scream, we all scream for …
It’s almost National Ice Cream day (July 19) and it seems like the perfect way to jazz up a week of endless summer days (and heat!). Get the inside scoop on the Jollity way to set the perfect (pint) party.
TABLE DECOR
We loved mixing and matching our pieces for a themed tablescape. For the centerpieces we used these ceramic ice cream cones and filled the tops with our 3” honeycombs. For serving, went for a Neapolitan feel with the Pink and White Striped Dinner Plates, Bubble Mint Dessert Plates, Just Peachy Dessert Plates and Mint to Be cups. We also used a bright and colorful table runner to make it feel like it was really worth melting for!
ICE CREAM SUNDAE BAR
Did someone say sundaes?! An ice cream sundae bar is one of our favorite, easy and crowd pleasing hosting tips. No crazy recipes or baking necessary! All you need to do is buy different ice cream flavors, your favorite toppings and whatever serveware you need. Set it all up on a table, kitchen counter, or on a bar cart!
BOOZY MILKSHAKES
Lastly, if you have a few adults sprinkled across the guest list you can add some boozy milkshakes to the menu. Here’s a recipe for one that we all having everyone partying like its sherbet day.
